Appointments can be made during office hours by calling 972-932-1319. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We schedule sick appointments on the same day you call. You may schedule well visit appointments ahead of time. A 17 year old can be seen alone as long as he or she has a signed note from their parent or legal guardian. All other ages must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian or have an authorized noted for an adult to accompany their child.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call provider is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week at 214-202-9511. If you need to contact poison control, the number is 1-800-222-1222. For your convenience, parents may now call ahead beginning at 2 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekend to register their children for after hours care for that day. Every effort will be made to accommodate your child. Walk-ins are still welcome. All patients need to sign in by 9:40 p.m. on weeknights and 12:40 p.m. on weekends in order to be seen that day. There may be medical emergencies that arise which can prevent us from being able to see your child that day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide your child an appointment for the next morning.
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal. Please call your pharmacy to request an electronic refill request be sent to our office. When possible, you can also user our online Prescription Renewal form to request a refill.
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office at 972-932-1319 and choose option # 7 should you have any financial questions or concerns.
Medical Record Requests
Our Medical Records Request form is available for download. Allow 15 days for medical records to be released. We are unable to fax your child's shot record to you due to HIPPA regulations.
